By email — for the case
The right channel when you are attaching a CT scan or a medical history. Files stay intact and nothing is lost in a chat thread.
International patients
There is no form to fill in here on purpose. A useful preliminary opinion needs your imaging and your history, and those travel better by message than through a set of boxes.
Step one
The difference between a general answer and a useful one is almost entirely in what arrives with the first message.
Step two
The right channel when you are attaching a CT scan or a medical history. Files stay intact and nothing is lost in a chat thread.
The right channel for a short question before you commit to gathering records. Messages reach the clinic reception and are normally answered within minutes during clinic hours. Natal is on UTC−3 with no daylight saving — check the difference before expecting an instant reply.
The reception answers quickly. The clinical opinion — whether your case is one for zygomatic implants — comes from Dr. Coutinho after he has looked at your imaging, not from a call centre and not from an automated quote. Those are two different replies, and the second one is worth waiting for.
Step three
You are told whether the case looks like one for zygomatic implants, whether conventional implants would serve you better, or whether the imaging is not sufficient to say.
If the case proceeds, the plan and the time you would need in Natal are agreed in writing before you book travel — not after you arrive.
Examination and imaging in Natal confirm or revise the preliminary opinion. A remote opinion is provisional by definition, and it is treated that way.
